We Hear You. We Are Committed to Refunding Every Guest.
The decision to place the Modelane Long Table on hold was not taken lightly. With over 70% of guests cancelling or requesting refunds, it became clear that we could not deliver the event as promised.
Our first priority now is to ensure that every single guest is refunded in full.
Important Notes

Refunds will only be processed if proof of payment is attached.

Refunds will be made directly to the bank account provided by the guest.

Refunds will be processed in batches to ensure accuracy and fairness.
